The eyeliner is infused with iron oxides that make it magnetic. Once applied, and dry, the small magnets along the strip lash adhere directly to the liner for an all-day hold.

Yes, magnetic eyeliner is nontoxic, and the magnets do not interfere with the movement or vision of the eye. The iron oxides that make the liner magnetic are also found in many eye shadows and regular eyeliners. If you have particular sensitivities to makeup, we recommend a thorough read of our ingredients list, available in each product description.

Absolutely, regardless of the length of your natural lashes you can still use our product. 

If you care for the eyelashes properly, they can last over 30+ times. Make sure you clean the magnets on the lash after every use and to magnetize it back into the lash tray! Avoid water contact with the lashes as they will lose their curl and shape. The lifespan of the eyeliner is 6 months after opening.

We offer an array of lash styles with varying thickness and length. There are 5 small magnets on each of them capable of being cut down to fit any eye shape and size. Make sure no raw edges are at the edge of the lash after cutting.

To get the magnetic eyeliner off, use any oil-based makeup remover, coconut oil, or olive oil over the liner. Let the oil sit for 30-60 seconds and gently rub off with a warm towel.

Should they require it, your eyelashes can be cleaned gently with water or makeup remover. We recommend you clean the magnets on the eyelashes with water or makeup remover after each use so they are fresh for the next application.

Not recommended. Laundry day? Nope. Lazy day? Nope. I pretty much wear mine 2-3 times a week to events, date night, family parties, those kinds of places. Some people do wear them every day. The magnetic lashes must be removed every night to sleep, for swimming, doctor or dentist appointments/procedures, if experiencing eye sensitivity, etc.

The Magnetic Eyeliner and Eyelashes are water-resistant and windproof. They are sweat-proof and rainproof but we wouldn't recommend swimming in them.

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our distribution center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

Once the package is shipped out, the product is out of our control. We would suggest you contact your local post office (USPS).

Reasons For Delayed Shipment:

1. Your order might be on-hold due to an incorrect shipping address and we are awaiting an email response from you to correct your shipping address so please check your email from us.

2. Due to inclement weather or mailing service backed up after returning from holiday.

3. Mailman made an attempt to deliver your package, but there was no secure place to leave your package at your location. Please check your tracking number for more information. Mailmen may need you to pick up your package at your local postal service facility.

4. You made a request change on delivery instructions with the postal service at the time of shipping process.

If you noticed your shipping address is incorrect while your package is currently in trans-it, please email for further instructions on how you can make those changes with the postal service. Unfortunately we can not make those changes for you because the postal service will be asking for your personal information.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened package. You must email for further instructions on returning your item(s).

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process:

2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
